Undelivered Services: If NQDGlobal is unable to deliver the agreed-upon advertising services due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues, the client is eligible for a full refund of the undelivered service portion. This applies to all services, including billboard advertising, bridge banner advertising, bus advertising, hoarding advertising, megacom advertising, and taxi advertising.

2. Custom Refund Clauses

Refunds are also subject to any custom refund clauses outlined in the formal quote provided to the client. The quote, which is sent before payment is processed, serves as a binding agreement that details specific conditions under which a refund may be issued. Clients are encouraged to carefully review the terms stated in the formal quote to understand their rights and obligations regarding refunds.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Services Fully Rendered: Once the advertising services have been fully rendered as per the agreement, no refunds will be provided. This includes instances where the campaign has been executed and delivered according to the client’s specifications.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for clients who change their mind after the campaign has commenced or if they decide to withdraw from the campaign for reasons not covered in the custom refund clause.
